10 Ways for Employers to Effectively Engage International Employees!

Employment Services Manager and Owner of Boost Your Motivation, Dominic Amegashitsi, will present on helping international employees excel in the workplace. When our workplace includes individuals across the globe, we can easily have cultural misunderstandings and employees’ disengagement. It is important to be culturally competent and better understand colleagues from different parts of the world. 

 Dominic will be joined by guest, Marlene Schoenberg, from Accent Wisdom in St. Paul. They will discuss how to engage international employees, colleagues and customers, appreciate their cultural differences, and prevent cultural and accent discrimination. They will provide case examples and personal stories to help these issues come alive in the workplace.
